Privacy notice for the waitlist

Who is responsible
SetAura is responsible for this data. Contact: [email protected]. The operator's full legal name and address will be published here before public launch.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store your email address and, if you give them, your name, country, number of clients, role and message, together with the language of the page and the time of your request.
Why
Only to contact you about the SetAura beta and the trainer panel. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Where and for how long
The data is stored with our database provider Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. We delete it when you ask, or at the latest 24 months after your request if you do not become a customer.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. You may also complain to your data protection authority, in Portugal the CNPD.

This notice covers the website only. The app has its own privacy notice, shown before any data is shared with a trainer.
