14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, monthly or yearly, and you get the full amount back. No reason needed, even if you have used the plan.
After 14 days
You can cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and then moves to Free. We do not refund the rest of a period you have already started, except where the law requires it, if you were charged by mistake (for example twice), or if SetAura was unavailable for a long time through our fault.
Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a contract for digital services. Our money-back guarantee covers that right in full: within 14 days of the first payment you get the whole amount back, even after you have started using the plan.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] from the email address of your SetAura account and say which payment you mean. You can also reply to the receipt you got from Polar.
How you get the money
Polar, which handles our payments, returns the money to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. When a payment is refunded, the paid plan ends and the account moves to the Free plan.
