Delete your SetAura account
You can delete your SetAura account and all data stored with it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
In the app
Open SetAura and go to Settings → Privacy → Cloud & sharing → Delete account. Confirm, and your account is deleted at once.
What is deleted
Your account and email address, and everything stored in the SetAura cloud: workouts and sets, body measurements, daily activity, your consents and your connection to any trainer. For a trainer account, also your teams, plans and invite codes. Copies in our provider’s backups disappear within 30 days.
What stays
Data saved only on your phone stays there until you delete it in the app or uninstall SetAura. Using SetAura without an account never sends anything to us, so there is nothing to delete on our side.
Without access to the app
Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm the request with you by email and delete the account within 30 days at the latest.
Trainers
The trainer panel will offer the same option under Account → Delete account. Your clients keep using the app; they simply stop sharing with you.
